Intel CoreT i5 1340P

The Intel Core i5-1340P is a mobile processor based on the Raptor Lake microarchitecture, released in January 2023. It has 12 cores (4 performance cores and 8 efficiency cores) and 16 threads, with a base clock of 1.9 GHz and a boost clock of 4.6 GHz. The processor includes 12 MB of L3 cache and is manufactured on a 7 nm process node. Its base power is 28 W with a maximum turbo power of 64 W. The i5-1340P supports up to DDR5 5200 MT/s, DDR4 3200 MT/s, LPDDR5/x 6400 MT/s, and LPDDR4x 4267 MT/s memory across two channels. It does not support ECC memory. The integrated graphics are Intel Iris Xe Graphics. The processor has 20 PCIe 4.0 lanes and is socketed in FCBGA1744. It is not unlocked for overclocking. It supports 64-bit, Intel SSE4.1, Intel SSE4.2, and Intel AVX2 instruction sets.
