Intel CoreT i7 13620H

The Intel Core i7 13620H is a mobile processor released in January 2023, built on the Raptor Lake microarchitecture and fabricated on a 7 nm process node. It features 10 cores (6 performance cores and 4 efficient cores) and 16 threads, with a base clock of 2.4 GHz and a boost clock of 4.9 GHz. The processor includes 24 MB of L3 cache and supports up to 28 PCIe Gen 5 lanes. It has a base power (TDP) of 45 W and a maximum turbo power of 115 W. The i7 13620H is designed for socket FCBGA1744 and supports DDR5 5200 MT/s, DDR4 3200 MT/s, LPDDR5/x 5200 MT/s, and LPDDR4x 4267 MT/s memory across two channels. It does not support ECC memory. Integrated graphics are provided by Intel UHD Graphics for 13th Gen Intel Processors. The processor supports 64-bit computing and instruction sets including SSE4.1, SSE4.2, and AVX2, but the multiplier is locked.
