The AMD Radeon RX 5300 is a graphics card released on August 28, 2020, as part of the Radeon RX 5000 series. It is built on the RDNA architecture using the Navi 14 GPU chip manufactured on a 7 nm process. The card features 1408 shading units, a base clock of 1327 MHz, and a boost clock of 1645 MHz. It is equipped with 3 GB of GDDR6 memory on a 96-bit bus, providing a memory bandwidth of 168 GB/s. The board power (TDP) is rated at 100 W, and it connects via a PCIe 4.0 x8 interface. It supports DirectX 12.0, Vulkan 1.2, and OpenGL 4.6. The RX 5300 succeeds the Radeon RX Vega series and was succeeded by the Radeon RX 6000 series.
