The Define R6 Tempered Glass is a mid-tower case from Fractal Design, released in 2018 as an update to the Define R5.

The Define R6 Tempered Glass is a mid-tower case supporting eATX (up to 285 mm wide), ATX, mATX, and ITX motherboards. It measures 543 x 233 x 465 mm and weighs 12.4 kg. The case features six 3.5"/2.5" universal drive bays, two dedicated 2.5" bays, and one 5.25" bay. It has seven expansion slots, supports GPUs up to 440 mm, and CPU coolers up to 185 mm. Front I/O includes two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports. Three pre-installed Dynamic X2 GP-14 140 mm fans (two front, one rear) provide airflow. The side panel is tempered glass. Released in 2018, it is the successor to the Define R5.
