The Define R6 is a mid-tower computer case released by Fractal Design in 2018. It supports motherboard form factors from ITX up to eATX (up to 285 mm wide). The case measures 543 x 233 x 465 mm and weighs 12.4 kg. It offers six universal 3.5"/2.5" drive bays, two dedicated 2.5" bays, and one 5.25" bay. Expansion slots total nine, with a maximum GPU length of 440 mm and CPU cooler height of 185 mm. Front I/O includes two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports. Pre-installed fans are three Dynamic X2 GP-14 140 mm units (two front, one rear). The side panels are made of industrial sound-dampened steel. Additional features include a Nexus+ Smart Hub, ModuVent technology, a reversible front door, support for vertical GPU mounting (Flex VRC-25 sold separately), and USB-C upgrade compatibility (Connect D1 sold separately).
