The chipset consists of a North Bridge (CDC 82424ZX and DPU 82423TX) and a South Bridge (SIO). It supports FPM memory with a maximum capacity of 160 GB and ECC memory. The front-side bus operates up to 33 MHz. It features asynchronous L2 cache and PCI 2.1 support.
