The Intel 440LX is a chipset for Slot 1 desktop platforms, released in 1997.

The Intel 440LX is a chipset introduced on August 25, 1997, for desktop systems using the Slot 1 socket. It supports FPM, EDO, and SDRAM memory types, with a maximum capacity of 1 GB over a single memory channel. ECC memory is not supported. The 440LX succeeded the Intel 440FX and was later succeeded by the Intel 440EX.
