Intel 82945GMS

The Intel 82945GMS is a mobile chipset introduced in January 2006. It is designed for Socket M platforms and manufactured on a 150 nm process. The chipset has a thermal design power (TDP) of 7 W. It supports up to 2 GB of DDR2 memory at speeds of 400 or 533 MHz. This chipset is intended for use with Intel mobile processors of the era, such as Core 2 Duo or Core Duo, and typically paired with ICH7-M or similar southbridge.
