The Intel BD82UM67 is a mobile chipset released in 2011 as part of the Cougar Point-M platform, supporting LGA 1155 processors.

The Intel BD82UM67 is a mobile chipset introduced on February 20, 2011, as part of the Cougar Point-M platform. It is designed for use with LGA 1155 processors and supports up to 8 GB of DDR3 memory across two channels. The chipset features a TDP of 3.4 W and is built on a 32 nm process. Key connectivity includes 8 PCIe 2.0 lanes, 2 SATA III ports, and 12 USB 2.0 ports. It does not support USB 3.0, ECC memory, vPro, Intel Rapid Storage Technology, CPU or memory overclocking, Thunderbolt, integrated Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or Ethernet. The chipset uses DMI 2.0 for communication with the processor. The BD82UM67 succeeded the QM57 and was later replaced by the HM76. It is intended for mobile platforms and pairs with Intel's second-generation Core processors (Sandy Bridge).
