The Intel HM770 is a mobile chipset introduced in 2023 for the Raptor Lake platform. It uses a 10 nm process node and has a TDP of 3.7 W. The chipset supports up to 96 GB of memory across two channels, with options for DDR5-5600 or DDR4-3200. It does not support ECC memory. The HM770 provides 28 PCIe 4.0 lanes and uses a DMI 4.0 interface to the processor. It includes 8 SATA III ports, 4 USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 ports, 10 USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, 10 USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, and 14 USB 2.0 ports. Thunderbolt 4 is supported. The chipset integrates an Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX211 module and Bluetooth 5.3, along with an integrated MAC for Ethernet. It supports Intel Rapid Storage Technology, CPU overclocking, and memory overclocking (XMP/EXPO). vPro is not supported. The HM770 is designed for mobile form factors and had a launch MSRP of $54.
