The chipset supports DDR4-3200 memory up to 64 GB across two channels, without ECC support. It provides 20 PCIe 3.0 lanes and uses DMI 3.0 for CPU connectivity. Storage options include 4 SATA III ports, and connectivity features 10 USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, 10 USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, 14 USB 2.0 ports, and Thunderbolt 4 support. Integrated networking includes an Intel MAC for Ethernet and Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201. The chipset supports Intel Rapid Storage Technology and vPro, but does not allow CPU or memory overclocking. It was discontinued in April 2023.
