SB700S

The SB700S is a server southbridge chipset released by AMD in January 2008. It is manufactured on a 130 nm process node and housed in a 548-pin FC-BGA package. The chipset has a thermal design power (TDP) of 4.5 W. It provides six SATA III ports and twelve USB 2.0 ports for connectivity.
