The chip features 4 shading units, a base clock of 480 MHz, and supports DirectX 9.0c and OpenGL 2.0. Memory configurations include 0.128 GB of DDR, DDR2, or GDDR3 memory on a 64-bit bus, providing a memory bandwidth of 6.4 GB/s. The chip uses a PCIe ×16 bus interface.
