The NVIDIA GeForce 6150 + nForce 430 is an integrated graphics solution released on October 20, 2005. It combines a GeForce 6150 GPU based on the Curie architecture with the nForce 430 chipset on a single MCP51 package. The GPU features 2 shading units and a base clock of 475 MHz, manufactured on a 90 nm process. It supports DirectX 9.0c and OpenGL 2.1. Memory support includes DDR and DDR2, with memory bus widths of 64 or 128 bit, resulting in memory bandwidth ranging from 1.6 to 6.4 GB/s for DDR and 3.2 to 17.056 GB/s for DDR2.
