The NVIDIA GeForce7025 + nForce630a is an integrated graphics chipset for desktop motherboards, released in July 2007. It combines the GeForce 7025 GPU, based on the Curie architecture, with the nForce 630a southbridge. The GPU chip is the MCP68S, fabricated on a 110 nm process.
