It is built on the RDNA 3 architecture and manufactured on a 5 nm process node. The series includes GPU chips Navi 31, Navi 32, and Navi 33. It features 6144 shading units, 96 ray tracing cores, and 192 AI cores. The base clock is 1900 MHz with a boost clock of 2500 MHz. It comes with 24 GB of GDDR6 memory on a 384-bit bus, providing a memory bandwidth of 960 GB/s. The board power (TDP) is 355 W, requiring two 8-pin PCIe power connectors. The bus interface is PCIe 4.0 x16. Display outputs include DisplayPort 2.1 and HDMI 2.1a. It supports DirectX 12 Ultimate, Vulkan 1.3, and OpenGL 4.6. The launch MSRP was 999 USD.
