The ROG Maximus XIII Extreme Glacial is a flagship E-ATX motherboard from ASUS, built on the Intel Z590 chipset with an LGA1200 socket. It features an integrated water-cooling block for the VRM, designed for custom liquid cooling loops. The board supports DDR4 memory up to 128 GB across four dual-channel slots. Expansion includes two PCIe 4.0/3.0 x16 slots, one PCIe 3.0 x4 slot, five M.2 slots, and six SATA ports. Rear I/O offers two Thunderbolt 4 USB Type-C ports and eight USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports. Networking is handled by a Marvell 10Gb Ethernet controller, an Intel 2.5Gb Ethernet controller, and Intel Wi-Fi 6E. Audio is provided by SupremeFX with an ESS SABRE9018Q2C DAC/AMP. This motherboard is intended for use with Intel 10th and 11th Gen Core processors.
