Built on Intel's 10 nm process, it has a TDP of 15 W and uses the FCBGA1449 socket. The processor includes 2.5 MB of L2 cache and 4 MB of L3 cache. It supports DDR4-3200 and LPDDR4x-3733 memory across two channels, but does not support ECC memory. Integrated graphics are provided by Intel UHD Graphics for 11th Gen Intel Processors. The Celeron 6305 supports PCIe Gen 3 and instruction sets including 64-bit, SSE4.1, SSE4.2, and AVX2. It was priced at $107 at launch.
