It features two cores and two threads with a base clock of 1.10 GHz and a boost clock of 2.80 GHz. Built on a 14 nm process node, it has a total L2 cache of 4 MB and a thermal design power (TDP) of 6 W. The processor supports DDR4 and LPDDR4 memory up to 2400 MT/s across two memory channels, but does not support ECC memory. It includes integrated Intel UHD Graphics 600 and provides 6 PCIe 2.0 lanes. The N4020C uses the FCBGA1090 socket and is not unlocked for overclocking. It supports Intel SSE4.2 instruction sets.
