Intel Core 2 Duo E6540

The Intel Core 2 Duo E6540 is a desktop processor based on the Conroe microarchitecture, launched in July 2007. It features two cores with a base clock speed of 2.33 GHz and a total L2 cache of 4 MB. The processor has a thermal design power (TDP) of 65 W and uses the LGA 775 socket.
