The Intel Core 5 120U is a 10-core mobile processor from the Raptor Lake-U Refresh series, released in January 2024. It features 2 performance cores and 8 efficient cores, supporting 12 threads. The processor has a base clock of 1.4 GHz and a boost clock of 5.0 GHz, with 12 MB of L3 cache. It is built on a 7 nm process node and has a base power of 15 W, with a maximum turbo power of 55 W.
