It supports DDR4-2133, LPDDR3-1866, and DDR3L-1600 memory across two channels, but does not support ECC memory. The integrated Intel HD Graphics 520 handles display output. The CPU provides 12 PCIe 3.0 lanes and includes instruction sets SSE4.1, SSE4.2, and AVX2. It uses the FCBGA1356 socket and is not unlocked for overclocking. Released in October 2016, it was discontinued in September 2022.
