Intel Core i5-2310 CPU

The Intel Core i5-2310 is a quad-core desktop processor based on the Sandy Bridge microarchitecture, released in 2011.

The Intel Core i5-2310 is a quad-core desktop processor from the Sandy Bridge family, launched in May 2011. It operates at a base frequency of 2.9 GHz with a maximum turbo boost of 3.2 GHz, and features 6 MB of L3 cache. Built on a 32 nm process, it has a TDP of 95 W and uses the LGA1155 socket. The processor supports dual-channel DDR3 memory at 1066/1333 MHz and includes integrated Intel HD Graphics 2000. It provides 16 PCIe 2.0 lanes and supports instruction sets SSE4.1, SSE4.2, and AVX. The multiplier is locked, preventing overclocking. It does not support ECC memory. The Core i5-2310 was discontinued in January 2013. It is compatible with motherboards featuring the LGA1155 socket and chipsets such as Intel H61, H67, P67, Z68, and others from the 6-series.
