Built on the 32 nm Sandy Bridge microarchitecture, it includes 8 MB of L3 cache and has a TDP of 55 W. The processor supports DDR3 memory at speeds up to 1600 MHz across two channels, but does not support ECC memory. It integrates Intel HD Graphics 3000 and provides 16 PCIe 2.0 lanes. The unlocked multiplier allows overclocking. It uses the FCPGA988 socket and was discontinued on December 31, 2019.
