The Intel Core Ultra 5 225H is a mobile processor based on the Arrow Lake microarchitecture, built on a 3 nm process node. It features 14 cores (4 performance cores and 8 efficient cores) with 14 threads, a base clock of 1.7 GHz, and a boost clock of 4.9 GHz. The processor includes 18 MB of L3 cache and has a base power of 28 W with a maximum turbo power of 115 W. It supports up to LPDDR5/X 8400 MT/s or DDR5 6400 MT/s memory across two channels, but does not support ECC memory. The integrated graphics is an Intel Arc 130T GPU. The CPU provides 28 PCIe lanes (PCIe 5.0 and 4.0) and is socketed in FCBGA2049. It supports instruction sets including 64-bit, SSE4.1, SSE4.2, and AVX2, but has an unlocked multiplier set to false.
