The Intel Core Ultra 5 235H is a mobile processor based on the Arrow Lake microarchitecture, manufactured on a 3 nm process. It features 14 cores (4 performance cores and 8 efficient cores) with 14 threads, a base clock of 2.4 GHz, and a boost clock of 5 GHz. The processor includes 18 MB of L3 cache and has a base power of 28 W with a maximum turbo power of 115 W. It supports up to LPDDR5/X 8400 MT/s or DDR5 6400 MT/s memory across two channels, but does not support ECC memory. The integrated graphics is an Intel Arc 140T GPU. The processor provides 28 PCIe lanes (PCIe 5.0 and 4.0) and supports instruction sets including 64-bit, Intel SSE4.1, SSE4.2, and AVX2.
