The Intel Core Ultra 7 255H is a 16-core mobile processor based on the Arrow Lake microarchitecture, manufactured on a 3 nm process node. It features 6 performance cores and 10 efficiency cores, with a total of 16 threads. The base clock is 2 GHz, with a boost clock up to 5.1 GHz. It includes 24 MB of L3 cache and supports up to LPDDR5/X 8400 MT/s or DDR5 6400 MT/s memory via two channels. The processor has a base power of 28 W and a maximum turbo power of 115 W.
