It has a base clock of 2.40 GHz and features 0.5 MB L2 cache and 2 MB L3 cache. The processor has a TDP of 37 W and uses the FCPGA946 socket. It supports up to two channels of DDR3L memory at 1333/1600 MHz, but does not support ECC memory. Integrated graphics are provided by Intel HD Graphics for 4th Generation Intel Processors.
