The processor has 20 performance cores (P-cores) and 40 threads, with no efficiency cores. It operates at a base clock of 2.9 GHz and a boost clock of 4.8 GHz, with a TDP of 210 W and a maximum turbo power of 252 W. The L3 cache is 72 MB. Memory support includes DDR5 at 6400 MT/s across 8 memory channels, with ECC support. The processor provides 128 PCIe 5.0 lanes and uses the FCLGA4710 socket.
