The ORICO J-10 2TB is an M.2 2280 solid-state drive that uses the NVMe protocol over a PCIe 3.0 x4 interface. It features a Maxio MAP1202 controller and QLC NAND flash, with no DRAM cache but supports Host Memory Buffer (HMB) using 16 MB of system memory. The drive offers sequential read speeds up to 3100 MB/s and sequential write speeds up to 1600 MB/s, with random read and write performance of 238,345 and 277,349 IOPS respectively. It employs a pSLC cache larger than 400 GB to boost write performance. The drive has a total bytes written rating of 600 TB and comes with a 3-year warranty.
