The Patriot P320 512GB is an M.2 2280 solid-state drive that uses the NVMe protocol over a PCIe 3.0 x4 interface. It has a storage capacity of 512 GB and employs triple-level cell (TLC) NAND flash memory. The drive is controlled by a Maxio MAP1202 controller and does not include a DRAM cache; instead, it uses Host Memory Buffer (HMB) technology with 16 MB of system memory and a 64 GB pSLC cache to improve performance. In terms of performance, the Patriot P320 achieves sequential read speeds of up to 3000 MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 2200 MB/s.
