The Silicon Power UD90 2TB is an M.2 2280 NVMe solid-state drive released in March 2023. It uses a PCIe 4.0 x4 interface and is powered by the Phison PS5021-E21T controller with QLC NAND flash. The drive has no DRAM cache, relying on host memory buffer (HMB) technology. It offers sequential read speeds up to 5000 MB/s and sequential write speeds up to 4400 MB/s, with random read and write performance of 695,845 IOPS and 708,444 IOPS respectively. The drive has a total bytes written rating of 1200 TB and comes with a 5-year warranty. At launch, it was priced at $275 USD.
