The card features 5120 shading units and 80 ray tracing cores, with base and boost clocks of 1825 MHz and 2250 MHz respectively. It has 16 GB of GDDR6 memory on a 256-bit bus, providing a memory bandwidth of 512 GB/s. The board power (TDP) is 300 W, and it uses a PCIe 4.0 x16 bus interface. It supports DirectX 12 Ultimate. The RX 6900 XT succeeded the Radeon RX 5000 series and was succeeded by the Radeon RX 7000 series.
