It is built on the Ampere architecture using an 8 nm process node and features the GA102-350 GPU chip. The card includes 10,752 shading units, 84 ray tracing cores, and 336 tensor/AI cores, with base and boost clocks of 1560 MHz and 1860 MHz respectively. It comes with 24 GB of GDDR6X memory on a 384-bit bus, providing a memory bandwidth of 1008 GB/s. The card has a board power (TDP) of 450 W and requires a single 12-pin power connector.
