Intel Core i7-5775R CPU

The Intel Core i7-5775R is a desktop processor released in April 2015. It is based on the Broadwell microarchitecture and fabricated on a 14 nm process. The CPU features 4 cores and 8 threads, with a base clock of 3.3 GHz and a boost clock of 3.8 GHz. It includes 6 MB of L3 cache and an additional 128 MB of eDRAM acting as L4 cache. The processor has a TDP of 65 W and uses the FCBGA1364 socket, which is soldered to the motherboard. It supports up to DDR3L-1866 memory across two channels, but does not support ECC memory. The integrated graphics is Intel Iris Pro Graphics 6200. The CPU provides 16 PCIe 3.0 lanes and supports instruction sets including SSE4.1, SSE4.2, and AVX2. The multiplier is locked, preventing overclocking. The launch MSRP was $370, and the processor was discontinued in June 2021.
