The Intel Core Ultra 5 225U is a mobile processor based on the Arrow Lake microarchitecture, manufactured on a 3 nm process node. It features 12 cores (2 performance cores and 8 efficient cores) and 14 threads, with a base clock of 1.5 GHz and a boost clock of 4.8 GHz. The processor includes 12 MB of L3 cache and has a TDP of 15 W, with a maximum turbo power of 57 W. It supports up to LPDDR5/X 8400 MT/s or DDR5 6400 MT/s memory across two channels, but does not support ECC memory. Integrated graphics are provided by Intel Graphics.
