Intel Celeron N4000C CPU

The Intel Celeron N4000C is a 2-core, 2-thread processor for embedded systems, released in 2019.

The Intel Celeron N4000C is a dual-core processor based on the Goldmont Plus microarchitecture, manufactured on a 14 nm process. It operates at a base frequency of 1.10 GHz and can boost up to 2.60 GHz. The CPU includes 4 MB of L2 cache and has a thermal design power (TDP) of 6 W. It supports DDR4 and LPDDR4 memory at speeds up to 2400 MT/s across two memory channels, but does not support ECC memory. Integrated graphics are provided by Intel UHD Graphics 600. The processor features 6 PCIe 2.0 lanes and supports 64-bit computing and Intel SSE4.2 instruction sets. It uses the FCBGA1090 socket and was discontinued after its release in Q2 2019.
