Intel Atom x5 Z8350 CPU

The Intel Atom x5 Z8350 is a 4-core, 4-thread processor released in 2016, based on the Airmont microarchitecture and built on a 14 nm process.

The Intel Atom x5 Z8350 is a low-power processor from the Atom family, designed for entry-level laptops, tablets, and embedded systems. It features four Airmont cores with a base clock of 1.44 GHz and a boost clock of 1.92 GHz, along with 2 MB of L2 cache. The chip is manufactured on a 14 nm process and has a thermal design power (TDP) of only 2 W, making it suitable for fanless designs. It integrates Intel HD Graphics 400 and supports single-channel DDR3L-RS 1600 memory. The processor uses the UTFCBGA592 socket and provides one PCIe 2.0 lane. It supports 64-bit instruction sets. The x5 Z8350 was released in early 2016 and was discontinued in mid-2022.
