Intel Core i3-13100

The Intel Core i3-13100 is a 4-core, 8-thread desktop processor based on the Raptor Lake microarchitecture, manufactured on a 7 nm process. It features 4 performance cores (P-cores) with no efficiency cores, a base clock of 3.4 GHz, and a boost clock of 4.5 GHz. The processor includes 5 MB of L2 cache and 12 MB of L3 cache. It has a base power of 60 W and a maximum turbo power of 110 W. The i3-13100 supports up to DDR5 4800 MT/s or DDR4 3200 MT/s memory across two channels, but does not support ECC memory. It integrates Intel UHD Graphics 730 and provides 20 PCIe lanes, supporting PCIe 5.0 and 4.0. The processor uses the FCLGA1700 socket and is compatible with Intel 600 and 700 series chipsets. It supports instruction sets including SSE4.1, SSE4.2, and AVX2, but has an unlocked multiplier. The launch MSRP was 134 USD.
