Intel Core i5-13500T

The Intel Core i5-13500T is a desktop processor based on the Raptor Lake microarchitecture, released in 2023. It features 14 cores (6 performance cores and 8 efficient cores) and 20 threads, with a base clock of 1.6 GHz and a boost clock of 4.6 GHz. The processor includes 11.5 MB of L2 cache and 24 MB of L3 cache, and is manufactured on a 7 nm process node. With a base power of 35 W and a maximum turbo power of 92 W, the i5-13500T is designed for power-efficient systems. It supports up to DDR5 4800 MT/s or DDR4 3200 MT/s memory across two channels, and includes ECC memory support. The integrated Intel UHD Graphics 770 provides basic graphics capabilities. The processor uses the FCLGA1700 socket and offers 20 PCIe lanes with support for PCIe 5.0 and 4.0. It is not unlocked for overclocking. The launch MSRP was $232 USD.
