The Intel Core i5 14500 is a mid-range desktop processor from Intel's 14th generation, built on the Raptor Lake microarchitecture. It features a hybrid core design with 6 performance cores (P-cores) and 8 efficient cores (E-cores), totaling 14 cores and 20 threads. The base clock is 2.6 GHz with a boost clock of up to 5 GHz. It includes 11.5 MB of L2 cache and 24 MB of L3 cache. The processor is manufactured on a 7 nm process node and has a base power of 65 W with a maximum turbo power of 154 W. It supports up to DDR5-4800 or DDR4-3200 memory across two channels and includes ECC memory support. Integrated graphics are provided by Intel UHD Graphics 770. The CPU offers 20 PCIe lanes (PCIe 5.0 and 4.0) and supports instruction sets including SSE4.1, SSE4.2, and AVX2. It uses the FCLGA1700 socket and is not unlocked for overclocking.
