The Intel Core i7-13645HX is a mobile processor based on the Raptor Lake microarchitecture, released in October 2025. It features 14 cores (6 performance cores and 8 efficient cores) and 20 threads, with a base clock of 2.6 GHz and a boost clock of 4.9 GHz. The processor includes 24 MB of L3 cache and is built on a 7 nm process node. It has a base power of 55 W and a maximum turbo power of 157 W. The processor supports up to DDR5 5600 MT/s and DDR4 3200 MT/s memory across two channels. It provides 20 PCIe lanes with support for PCIe 5.0 and 4.0.
