The Intel Core i5-4670S is a 64-bit quad-core desktop processor from Intel's fourth-generation Core series, based on the Haswell microarchitecture. It features four cores and four threads with a base clock of 3.1 GHz and a boost clock of 3.8 GHz. The processor includes 6 MB of L3 cache and is built on a 22 nm process node with a TDP of 65 W. It supports DDR3-1333/1600 and DDR3L-1333/1600 memory across two channels, but does not support ECC memory. The integrated graphics are Intel HD Graphics 4600. The CPU has 16 PCIe 3.0 lanes and uses the FCLGA1150 socket. It supports instruction sets including Intel SSE4.1, SSE4.2, and AVX2, but the multiplier is locked. The processor was discontinued on July 14, 2017.
