Intel Core i7-4790T CPU

The Intel Core i7-4790T is a 64-bit quad-core processor from Intel's Haswell microarchitecture, released in April 2014. It features 4 cores and 8 threads via Hyper-Threading, with a base clock of 2.7 GHz and a boost clock of 3.9 GHz. The processor includes 8 MB of L3 cache and is built on a 22 nm process node. It has a TDP of 45 W, making it a lower-power variant of the Core i7-4790 series. It supports up to two channels of DDR3-1333/1600 or DDR3L-1333/1600 memory at 1.5V, but does not support ECC memory. Integrated graphics are provided by Intel HD Graphics 4600. The CPU has 16 PCIe 3.0 lanes and supports instruction sets including SSE4.1, SSE4.2, and AVX2. The multiplier is locked, so overclocking is not supported. It uses the FCLGA1150 socket and was discontinued in July 2017, with a launch MSRP of $303.
