Intel Pentium CPU G3250

The Intel Pentium CPU G3250 is a dual-core desktop processor released in 2014, based on the Haswell microarchitecture.

The Intel Pentium CPU G3250 is a dual-core, dual-thread processor from Intel's Haswell family, launched in July 2014. It operates at a base clock of 3.20 GHz and features 0.5 MB of L2 cache and 3 MB of L3 cache. The processor is built on a 22 nm process node with a TDP of 53 W. It supports up to two channels of DDR3-1333 or DDR3L-1333 memory at 1.5V, and includes ECC memory support. The integrated graphics are Intel HD Graphics for 4th Generation Intel Processors. The CPU provides 16 PCIe 3.0 lanes and uses the LGA 1150 socket. This processor is compatible with motherboards featuring the LGA 1150 socket and chipsets such as Intel H81, B85, Q85, Q87, H87, Z87, and Z97. It supports 64-bit computing and Intel SSE4.1/4.2 instruction sets. The multiplier is locked, preventing overclocking. The G3250 was discontinued in July 2017.
